Cleaner required for general cleaning duties of communal areas in modern 3 storey apartment block.
The position requires someone who is flexible, reliable and friendly.
It is for 2.5 regular hours per week. All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. The block also has one holiday let apartment for over 55s which will require a change over clean. Variable frequency, currently a couple a month-maximum twice a week(mon-fri and fri-mon bookings)

We are looking for a cleaner to look after the communal areas at an assisted living complex in Bourne. Areas covered include reception, corridors and assisted bathrooms.

The clean is 7hrs per week over 4 mornings.

This is a self-employed position but all cleaning products and equipment is provided.

We’ve picked up some lovely cleaning contracts from like-minded clients recently and are looking for a cleaner for 10 hours per week at three sites in villages near Lincoln. Hours are flexible and can be arranged to suit the successful applicant. You will join on a self/employed basis.

Ideally, you will:

-Have your own transport
-Be able to use your own initiative
-Be polite and approachable
-Be willing to work to industry health and safety standards

Cleaning experience would be great, but it’s not essential as you’ll get full training.

The job will start early May.

The job is expected to start Mid-End October 2019 and the successful candidate will have to do an enhanced DBS check (don’t worry, we’ll pay for this).
