Running a small, local business comes with a lot of responsibilities behind the scenes, from wages and tax to rent, water, electricity and fuel. 🚐💧
At the moment, we have over £1,800 in outstanding payments. While an individual invoice might only be £12–£25, when lots of payments are left unpaid, it quickly adds up and affects the day-to-day running of our business.
We love what we do, and we want to keep providing a reliable service to our customers across Boston and the surrounding areas. To help us do that, we need everyone's support with the following payment policy:
📌 Payment is due on the day of your clean, unless we've agreed an alternative arrangement with you in advance.
📌 Agreed payment arrangements will be honoured, no late payment fee will be applied where an alternative arrangement has been discussed and confirmed.
📌 Invoices more than 10 days overdue without a prior agreement will incur a £10 late payment fee.
This applies to everyone, and we will be applying the policy consistently.

As a family-run business, evenings should be spent with our families, not chasing unpaid invoices. Prompt payment makes a genuine difference and helps us keep everything running smoothly.
