Although many are now offer the service we have taken the training to comply with HSE for the use of chemicals Which are needed to treat your roof after Moss removal.
Without the correct training in place if an accident happened insurance companies will use it as a reason not to pay out leaving the property owners with a problem on their hands.

PUBLIC EDUCATION

It seems more and more are starting to offer these services in the area. Although doing these services can seem simple,to do them correctly and safely is not.

1.Window cleaning should be done via a water pole system to comply with HSE working at heights and ladder usage. It also gives a better longer lasting clean if used correctly

2.Gutter emptying should be done with a gutter vacuum to comply with HSE working at heights and ladder usage.

3. Pressure washing with JUST water can be done but as soon as any chemicals used for blackspot and such it needs correct training which as little as 400 in the UK currently have.

4. Roof cleaning should be done safely from a scaffold tower or cherry picker trained to use with extending tools not sat on a roof ladder.
Most tile companies advise against pressure washing or steaming their tiles. Then a chemical application should take place again training needed for use of. Although many offer just moss removal the roots will still be there meaning it grows back fast.

By not complying with HSE insurance will also be invalidated if an accident happens.

We are fully trained for all aspects that we cover via a City's & guilds assured training which is currently the only course available to cover that.

Well it's not often the big pole comes out but sometimes it's needed to get the job done. Render cleaning when no other access available.

Although many offer the service we are Bordons (20 mile radius)FIRSTS and currently ONLY trained professionals softwash technician CITY& GUILDS assured.
This is currently the only course available by an assured governing body to cover the use of biocides for killing bioforms on hard surfaces roof treatment,patio blackspot, render, algae and more.

Any professional offering a service using biocides needs information, instruction and training to comply with HSE and keep insurance valid.

We do not go on your roof with/without ladders we use a scaffold tower or cherry picker and extendable tools complying with HSE
We are PASMA &IPAF trained for access.

We may not be the cheapest but we are assured and INSURED

Knowledge, training and the correct tools used for best results and least environmental impact.
This job come via Facebook and although roughly 20 people offered to clean it, non have the correct knowledge or training to be able to use the chemical applications to get the results seen.
