🚨 Mistaken Identity! 🚨

Unfortunately we’ve had our first bad review in 6 years! Luckily, it’s a case of mistaken identity! I have never spoken to this lady, let alone stepped foot in her house to clean it.
It’s terrible that this lady has had a bad experience with a cleaning company, but I really wish she’d of checked that she got the right company before posting the review.
I also haven’t had any new clients for a long time as I am fully booked 6 days a week with my clients that I’ve had for the whole 6 years that I’ve been trading. .
