Update, photos added and he’s been pretending to cut gardens too, taking money and not doing the jobs.

A man and a woman have been cleaning the windows of some of my customers (maybe other window cleaning companies too).

They have requested access to the customers property for water, taken money and also asked for payment for the full year.

I won’t ever demand you pay cash rather than by bank and I won’t demand payments prior to cleaning.

I’m trying to obtain photos of the couple which I will add to my posts.

❄️☃️Winter Notice☃️❄️

Unfortunately, we are unable to work when the temperatures are this low. Apart from the water freezing on the windows I need to take these measures to ensure the safety of my staff.

As soon as we can we will be back out getting your windows sparkly again. I apologise that we are a little late but I hope to be with you later in the week when the temperatures increase.

After an awful night of unimaginable chaos and sadness we are unable to offer our reach and wash services for now.

Unfortunately my van had an electrical fault and we were woken last night by neighbours and this is the result of the fire.

The good news is that it wasn’t parked on my drive and none of my family were injured.

Whilst we are communicating with our insurance company and awaiting a new van set up we will only be offering our traditional window cleaning services.

For now service will be slow as we are awaiting delivery of new ladders, mops, squeegees and buckets and I will be working through everything as fast as I can.

I am absolutely devastated as my whole business was in the van but I am determined to get up and running and back to normal as soon as I can.

Job Vacancy (please share)

Permanent Window Cleaning Positions available with immediate start. Experience preferred on either traditional or reach and wash type cleaning or both. This job will require use of ladders and working at heights, full training is given.

Successful applicants will benefit from good rates of pay, pensions, holiday pay and good working conditions. We have a variety of hours available from 16-40, hours can be discussed and negotiated we are fairly flexible.

We are also looking for a window cleaner that has a full driving licence to use one of our company vehicles. There will be additional benefits for successful applicants for this position.

I’m would like to send my apologies if your windows haven’t been cleaned, we’ve had a crazy few weeks with a broken van, staff illness, covid and now this heat.

We are unable to clean windows in this heat as I need to look after the staff working for us.

The remaining part for my van should be arriving in the next couple of days but we will all be out working from tomorrow if the weather forecast is correct and will hopefully catch up soon.

I would like to send my apologies again and normal services should resume in the next few days
