Hi, I’m Sarah. Together with my husband Kramer, I’m raising money for the bravest little boy we know, our son, Teddy.
At the end of June 2025, our happy, curly-haired little boy started to change. What we thought was teething turned into something we could never have imagined. On 16th July, we were told Teddy had high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. The tumour filled his entire abdomen and had already spread to his bone marrow.
Since that day he has faced more than most people face in a lifetime. Months of chemotherapy. Major surgery. High-dose chemo and a stem cell transplant. He has been so poorly he couldn’t speak. He has had to learn to walk again, more than once.
And through all of it, he has kept smiling.
But we’ve now hit a devastating setback. The maintenance treatment that helps stop this cancer coming back has been unexpectedly withdrawn here in the UK. Teddy is at high risk of relapse, and for children who relapse, survival rates are heartbreakingly low.
In the entire world, there are only three options left to give him that protection. Two are in America. One is in Rome. All come at significant cost.
We cannot stand by knowing there is a treatment out there that could stop this disease returning and give our little boy the future he deserves.
So we’re asking for your help. Every pound raised goes towards Teddy’s ongoing treatment and the costs of getting him to it, giving him the very best chance of beating this for good.
