📢 A Friendly Payment Reminder 📢

We would like to remind all of our valued customers that payment is due within 24 hours of your clean being completed, unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Unfortunately, we have recently had to spend too much time chasing overdue payments. As a small business, this takes valuable time away from providing the high-quality service our customers expect.

Like every business, we have wages, fuel, products, equipment and other bills to pay, so receiving payments on time is incredibly important.

If we continue to experience delays in payment, we will unfortunately need to introduce one of the following for customers who repeatedly pay late:

🧽 Payment at the start of the clean, or
💷 Cash payment on the day of the clean.

We truly appreciate all of our customers who pay promptly and support our small business.

Today is one of those days that reminds us being a cleaner is about so much more than cleaning.

When you become a cleaner, you don’t just take on customers – you become part of their family.

Our wonderful pub family has sadly lost a much-loved member of their team this morning, and our hearts truly break for them all.
