Subcontracted my mole control out of late whilst I built a new car and sorted some internal issues out. Well what a mistake as the subby was 💩💩I’ve been back to about 30 of the jobs🤣🤣 back at 100% and phones of the hook with Mole control and various different areas of pest control in and around my local area. Glad to be back at it but hardly any traps left,just ordered another 200 traps as were bang at it now heading into the winter. We are actively looking for a lads/ladie with great work ethic attendance and most of all must be polite and have a good attitude to grafting in far from ideal conditions. Adequate training will be provided with me out in the fields, along with insurances gear traps and everything needed. Full driving licence needed contact the page or me direct. A quick zero check on the spinners into the backstop before I head out on the rats with the hik thermal tneet!! Nothing over 25y in the barn this evening so we’re on profile c-5 19 yard rat basher🐀🐀🐀!!

Just been up to the farm to trap a friend of my aunties. Well what a property up at the side of the clough in Horwich!! Everywhere we stuck the probe in there was a run! Absolute nightmare of a job but we often get them like this😩 But a hour and half later we have the traps down on the incoming and connector runs up to the feed area, we also found a 7tube run which is a first for me and thank god for putanges!!! We will call back tomorrow to pull the traps and reset if needed which I highly doubt with our trap rates😎all in all a pretty easy job and a lovely couple job done !!!

Well the traps got put away last week but I had to get a few back out Thursday evening when I had a call from an elderly lady in billinge Wigan panicking !! What can I say the quotes she had received was downright shocking and nothing other than a robbery £4-500 to trap a small garden with a per mole fee on top😩😩with two moles at best causing the issues coming in from a real long travel run from a farm to the rear. Presumably as she’s an 82 year old lady in a lovely home all by herself which is no reason to overcharge or take the p**s!! So I set two traps a talpex on a travel run 60 metres away from the affected area and a barrel trap in the feed area quoted her £150 all in. Been back today two moles in the traps job done no fresh activity anywhere!!!😁She was such a nice lady I charged her £95 instead to just cover my costs and fuel and also dispatched some pests with the air rifle whilst I was there all in all an easy job garden re levelled and compacted on the feed area. I don’t know how these people who quoted her sleep at nights 😅

Almost no activity there. Just a really shallow run from a lair I’ve found into the centre of the fairway. Trap placement is paramount when you’re dealing with sneaky moles like these !! Both fell to putange style traps. As you can see in the last picture almost a vertical shaft coming up from deep full of paw prints. Pretty cool this job never fails to amaze me

A bit of daytime thermal hunting this afternoon on a local farm I do the pest control on!! Could well end up on 200 rats very quick as this place has a serious infestation. Big rats up Blackrod !! 🤣

No rest for the wicked. All fed and watered!!! now were of to help a local farmyard out with a rat issue hopefully a rabbit or two would be nice too !! We also offer a full pest control service in and around the bl6 area, aswell as the very detailed mole catching service we supply.
