VACANCY!
We are currently seeking a Part Time Contract Cleaner to join our growing team. Working within a team of three, the successful candidate will complete 12 hours per week in a busy public transport station.
Shift patterns will include some mornings, evenings (at times of holiday leave and sickness) and some weekends on a rolling rota (1 in every 2 weekends)- each shift 3 hours long. Multiple shifts may be completed on the same day, enabling the successful candidate to complete their contracted hours per week in a few days. Please note that the early shift begins at 6am, meaning that the successful candidate will need to be able to get to site in the early morning.
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitise and disinfect surfaces regularly
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies in washrooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- A friendly, professional, 'can-do' attitude
