Due to a high amount of last minute cancellations this week I will now be charging a 50% deposit when first cleans over 2 hours are booked.

Also there will now be a 50% cancellation fee for ALL CUSTOMERS who cancel within 48hours of the clean.

ALL customers will be required to pay monthly (before the 15th of each month) If there are any unused hours, these will roll onto the following month.

I understand that this may not be to everyone's liking however I am a single mother trying to make a honest earning and cannot afford to be let down last minute as I rely on my income.
