*coronavirus update*

Due to the recent government legislation we will be starting a phased return to work from next week. It will only be for those clients who are returning to work also and due to childcare availability will only be a couple of days a week.

We hope to be running at full capacity from june 1st returning to our usual days for clients. This will ofcourse depend upon government guidelines and whether or not the risk has stayed low. We will keep you updated on this.

*covid-19 update*

Due to the recent broadcast tonight I have taken the decision to hang up our dusters and close up for the time being.
Hopefully in 3 weeks it'll be safe to drop the restrictions, but for now we are going to abide by the law and do what we can to help and stop the spread.

Thank you for all your continued support, we really do appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you all on the other side of this.

*COVID-19 UPDATE*

We are still working at the moment but this could change as we are limiting our contact as much as possible, so if you would rather wait til this all blows over then have us back for a full deep clean we can do that no problem. Our priority is to keep everyone safe!

A lot of people will be at home over the next few months, in order for us to keep risks low we will be requiring any clients to continue to be in a room that we won't enter and not interact with us whilst we are there. Clients must leave out their own mops, steam mops, hoovers etc to stop the risk of cross contamination and we will be using disposable gloves and cloths. We also have plenty of anti bac and bleach.

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, there will be no charges for stopping cleans and we will still be here after this virus 😊

It has been brought to my attention that our messages through the page to a few clients have vanished. I can see them all on my phone here but clients have sent screenshots and it's just blank. I have sent facebook an email to see if they can fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We are still working but completely understand if any clients need to pause cleans! Our intentions are to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We are happy to work around clients however they will have to be in one room and we will not interact with them (I know that sounds awful but trying to keep everyone safe and some of our clients are high risk)
This will mean that one room won't be cleaned.
If anyone in the household has any symptoms of covid-19 then we wont be able to carry out any cleans for the isolation period of 14 days.

We have and will always have a high standard of hygiene and would like to assure our clients that we are constantly washing our hands, using appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) as needed and we also carry hand sanitizer in all our vehicles which is used between jobs to minimise risks of infection.

I have contacted Public health England for advice as we currently have a number of clients who are vulnerable due to age and/or health problems so we are taking every precaution necessary to prevent risk.

With current guidance we are able to continue working but if any of our clients are returning from holiday or have any of these symptoms please let us know as soon as possible as we wont be able to carry out your clean until its deemed safe to do so. If anyone has tested positive for covid-19 we will be able to carry out deep cleans after the 14 day isolation period.

If there are any changes to the current guidance we will re-evaluate and let clients know as soon as we possibly can.

Thank you to all our clients for the cards and gifts 😊 we'll be merry and full of sweets this christmas 🍾😋

I didn't buy any cards this year as I have put together a hamper for the charity feeding families and will be delivering it to a family in need before Christmas day so that they are able to have a lovely dinner and a merry christmas.

See you in January with the new team 😮 yes, sophie has left the building lol good luck to her and best wishes for the future.
Some of you have already met our new staff, and it wont make any difference to your regular slots, I will be setting up the new years diary while I am off.
