Not posted for a while 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just a polite reminder to all customers about Cancellations

48 hours notice is required for all collections/drop offs.

I have had collections cancelled at last minute or no response at the door.
Which is a waste of my time & fuel.
Also people not turning up when they’ve been booked in.

These are slots I might of been able to give to someone else.

If you need to cancel Please do this as asap within the 48 hours

I offer a FREE pick up/delivery service.
Unfortunately from this message onwards a charge will be applied on next collection/drop off if 48 hours notice isn’t given.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CORONA VIRUS (COVID19)🦠

I am still working but Mondays only, All necessary precautions are being taken to safe guard all clients, myself & our families.
Collections:
Please leave bags on doorstep, in porch or another safe place for me to collect.
For the time being those who use reusable bags please use black bags that can be thrown away.
All hangers returned to me with you're washing will be cleaned & used for you're washing only, any extra hangers I use will be new & unused.
Deliveries: Please advise safe place for me to leave you're ironing.

Hi,
I know I’ve not posted for a long time but just wanted to remind customers that I do need at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your slot, this is so I can offer it to someone else also in some cases that I don’t have a wasted journey.
