One of the questions I get asked most:
“Will I have the same cleaner?”
And I completely understand why people ask.
This isn’t an office building.
It’s your home.
You’re trusting somebody with your space, your belongings and sometimes a key to your front door.
You want to know who is coming.
You want reliability.
And you don’t want to explain everything from scratch every five minutes.
That trust matters to me.
Cleaning might be the service we provide, but people are the business we’re actually in.

I NEVER HAD A GRAND PLAN
I didn’t start Manda’s Mops because I dreamed of owning a cleaning business.
I started because I was good at cleaning.
I liked helping people.
And with five kids, I needed something that fitted around school hours and family life.
Before this I’d worked in a nursing home, a bank and as a dental nurse.
I’d never really found a job where I didn’t mind Monday morning arriving.
Then in 2021 I started cleaning for myself.
And somewhere along the way, something changed.
I wasn’t just earning my own money anymore.
I was finding my own customers.
Building my confidence.
Learning all the boring business stuff I never thought I’d understand.

PLEASE DON'T CLEAN FOR THE CLEANER 😂
I promise you...
You do NOT need to clean before we arrive.
I’ve got five kids.
There is very little you can show me in a family home that is going to shock me. 😂
Toys everywhere?
Fine.
Breakfast pots still hanging around?
Fine.
Washing threatening to become a permanent feature of the furniture?
Also fine.
We aren’t coming into your home to judge you.
We’re coming because you’ve asked for some help.
There’s a big difference.
Sometimes life is busy.
Sometimes you’re working all week.
Sometimes the kids have taken over the house.
And sometimes you simply think...
I cannot be arsed cleaning this weekend.
Fair enough.
