Working safely by following these procures:
*Remove shoes or wear new protective shoe coverings on entry to each house.
* Wash hands and wear new disposable gloves at each house.
* Open the kitchen window to ensure ventilation
* Disinfect equipment between uses
* Remain socially distanced if anyone is home whilst we are cleaning
* Card payments and bank transfers are accepted
We will not enter your home if we are displaying any signs of being unwell and we expect that you inform us prior to our visit if you or any members of your household is feeling unwell.

All new jobs are to be visited first and in some cases charged for an initial deep clean. A checklist will be provided and used at all times. Prices are agreed based the completion of the detailed job requirement sheet (checklist) which will then be used as a checklist for every clean that we under take.

We base our prices upon individual requirements and these are personalised for each client. We will always ensure that we have completed everything on the agreed checklist.

We will review our quote after cleaning your home 3 times and adjust the agreement where required.
