Another repair completed today for one of our clients.

We removed the rest bend and patch relined the rest of the 1metre of line with our no dig repair so that no roots will grow into the section of line again.

Once the relining process was completed, our engineers attached a new PVC rain water pipe bend with a flexseal clay to PVC connector to finish the job.

All done within a day leaving the client with a correct flowing drainage system.

A nice job for the morning supporting our locals. A drain supporting rain water had not been installed correctly on a new build property allowing nearly all of water collected from the guttering to escape into the surrounding foundations.

We have excavated, replaced and reinstated the existing groundwork leaving the client with a correct flowing drainage system.

Another solid repair completed today for a client's drainage system supporting Bath and toilet waste.

Old clay pipework removed, replaced with pvc durable pipework, new section of soil vent pipe with rodding point added, followed by groundwork reinstatement.

All done in no time leaving a happy client with a correct flowing drainage system.

Houston we have a problem.

One of our clients was reporting water coming through to their garage wall and we have assisting in checking if the drainage system is the root cause.

On inspection of the newly built home, we found that the drain pipe supporting storm water was not aligned going down into the underground drainage system, causing water to leak into the surrounding foundations. Quotations have been issued to the client for repairs to resolve the issue.

ATTENTION NEWBUILD HOMEOWNERS

An interesting visit we had this week to one of our clients who was complaining that their new build home facilities on the ground floor were blocking up.

On inspection with our CCTV camera equipment of the drainage system, we found the pipelines supporting the facilities had no gradient to carry foul waste away from the property leaving the customer at high risk of blockages.

We are now in process of producing an independent CCTV survey report to assist the client with her case on how the home has been built with the NHBC.

At Cofton Drainage, we offer from basic camera checks letting you know on site if there are defects in your pipework to full drainage survey reporting with defects and full recommendations for repairs.

Cofton Drainage have been unblocking drains for our clients today like this drainage supporting a clients student residence.
