💚 Community spirit at its best in Thornaby! 💚

This afternoon we were proud to get involved in the community clean-up in Thornaby! 🍂🧤

At Groves Clean & Tidy, we believe being a business is about so much more than just making money. Of course, running a successful business is important, but we also believe it’s our responsibility to give something back, support our local community and help make a difference wherever we can.

Our business isn’t just about cleaning and tidying for our customers; it’s also about playing our part in keeping our own neighbourhoods clean, tidy and a place we can all be proud of. ❤️

It was lovely to see everyone coming together, rolling up their sleeves and doing their bit. A big thank you to all the volunteers, the young people who got stuck in, and Cleveland Fire Brigade for their support. 🚒👏

We firmly believe that a good business should be about more than profit – it should be about people, community and making a positive difference.

Proud to be part of Thornaby and proud to give something back. 💚

💚 **A reset clean, with no judgement**

When cleaning has started to feel overwhelming and your home is just getting on top of you, asking for support can be a big step.

Our trained team is here to help you make a fresh start, at your pace and around the priorities that matter most to you.

We’ll listen, agree what you’d like us to focus on and work alongside you without judgement. If waste needs removing, we can help arrange that too by the lovely Cleveland Rubbish Services.

You don’t have to tackle everything at once. Send us a message and we can talk through what would help. 💚

When every door seems to be closing, we may be the team you need............

We often speak to housing professionals, support workers, landlords and families who are going around in circles trying to find someone able, and willing, to help.

The property may involve hoarding, pest contamination, biohazards, severe neglect or safeguarding concerns.

The person living there may be vulnerable, overwhelmed or already receiving support from several services.

These situations need much more than someone arriving with cleaning products.

They need patience, careful planning and a team that understands risk without losing sight of the person at the centre of it all.

We take a compassionate, client-focused, trauma informed and non-judgmental approach.

We work alongside the professionals involved to find a safe, respectful and realistic way forward.

We may not always have an immediate answer, but we will listen, ask the right questions and explore everything to do our best to make sure no-one falls between the cracks.

If you’re supporting someone with a complex property issue and don’t know who to contact next, please get in touch for an initial conversation.

Sometimes, the situation isn’t impossible, it simply needs the right team.
