💔 Just a little update for all my lovely clients...

Unfortunately, I'm back in hospital as my spinal condition has worsened.

Over the last few weeks I've been diagnosed with multiple serious conditions affecting my lower spine, including degenerative and bulging discs, spondylolisthesis (where one of my vertebrae has slipped forward), spinal stenosis, and compression of the nerves in my spine. My MRI scans have shown significant structural changes in the lower part of my spine, where the discs, joints and vertebrae are no longer working together as they should. The narrowing within my spinal canal and around the nerve openings is placing constant pressure on the nerves, disrupting the signals travelling between my brain and lower body. This has affected my mobility, sensation and bladder function, and has left me in severe pain. It's a complex spinal condition that affects far more than just my back.

I'm currently under the care of the spinal team while they investigate what's changed, manage my pain and decide on the next stage of my treatment.

This has turned my life upside down in ways I never imagined possible, and it's been physically and emotionally exhausting. I never expected to be facing something like this, but for now my focus has to be on getting through each day and hopefully getting the treatment I need.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single one of my amazing clients for your patience, understanding and unwavering support. Your messages, kindness and encouragement have meant more to me than you'll ever know during such a difficult time.

I'll continue to keep everyone updated as soon as I know more. Thank you for sticking by me and supporting my little business while I fight to get back on my feet. ❤️

Hi everyone ❤️

I just wanted to give you a little update and thank you all for your patience and understanding.

As many of you know, I've been in hospital with my back. I've now been discharged yesterday, but unfortunately I'm still not well enough to return to work yet. I have spinal canal stenosis, along with other problems in my lower back, and I'm under the spinal team. They're monitoring my progress to see whether I improve with treatment or if surgery may be needed.

At the moment, my main focus is recovering properly so I can get back to doing the job I love without risking making things worse. I'll be seeing the consultant again in August, and I'll keep everyone updated as I know more.

I'm so grateful for all your kind messages, patience and support. It really does mean the world to me.

🩷 Hospital Update 🩷

I'm unfortunately still in hospital and under the spinal team due to ongoing spinal issues which are causing severe pain. We're still working on getting the pain under control, and although progress feels slow, I'm taking each day as it comes and focusing on recovery.

At the moment I still don't have a discharge date, so I'm unable to give a timeframe for returning to work. Anyone who knows me knows I hate sitting still, and I'd much rather be back out cleaning, chatting with my clients and doing what I love.

I also want to say a huge thank you to all of my clients who have stuck by me during this difficult time. Your patience, understanding, kind messages and continued support mean more than you'll ever know. Running my little business means so much to me, so knowing that so many of you are waiting for me and cheering me on really keeps me going on the hard days.

I'm truly grateful for every single one of you and can't wait to get back to making your homes sparkle again when I'm well enough.

Just a little update for everyone ❤️

I'm still currently in hospital under the spinal team. At the moment the focus is on getting my pain under control while I continue to be assessed and reviewed regarding my spine and the options available.

Unfortunately I don't have any further updates yet, but I wanted to let everyone know I'm still here and not ignoring messages.

Thank you so much for all the support, patience and understanding. I'll keep everyone updated as soon as I know more.

A Little Personal Update 💙

As many of you know, I'll be on annual leave from 3rd June until 21st June

After a lot of thought, I've decided that when I return, I'll be reducing my working hours. Life has been quite overwhelming recently, and I feel it's important to take a step back and make more time for my family and my own wellbeing.

I absolutely love what I do and am so grateful for all of my lovely clients who have supported me along the way. This isn't a decision I've taken lightly, but it's one I feel is right for me at this time.

(I will be contacting clients individually if there are any changes to regular cleaning days or times.)

✨ Holiday Notice ✨

Just a little notice to all my lovely clients 💕

I will be on holiday from 3rd June until 21st June, returning back to work on 22nd June. During this time I will be non-contactable and will reply to all messages once I have returned to work.
