Just a couple of small jobs i needed to get out of the way today as another busy week ahead. Went over to Middlesbrough first for a bedroom clean with rest of house having new carpets and across to Chilton after that for a paint splattered carpet 🤬. Again rest of house had new carpets . Im off out for a walk and then out for tea so any messages that come through ill reply when I can.

With a handful of rentals to do over weekend i started them yesterday and then today I returned to the house in Hartlepool and put some credit on Electric key to get job completed but as expected it just took the total off the debt so still couldnt complete the job so thats 2 missed calls there already 🤬. So upto Peterlee for lounge & 2 bedrooms and that'll do for today. Middlesbrough and Ferryhill tomorrow and another busy week next week.

Another busy one with 4 jobs completed today. Ingleby for lounge, diner ,staircase & bedroom and whilst there my mind was blown by the young boy who completed a rubiks cube i jumbled up in under 10 seconds 🤯. Then into Thornaby for two on same road who get done together every 8 weeks . Finally over to woolyback territory Brotton for full rental property. Diary filling fast for next week and so many rentals to do im having to work all weekend to keep up so if need to book in then do it pronto .

With my suite clean i had booked in cancelling throughout the night i was left with just a couple of small rental jobs on. Firstly up over in Shotton for lounge & 2 bedrooms then back across the A19 into Easington for a staircase & 2 bedrooms. It was actually nice to finish at lunchtime for once and on way back home i stopped for Lunch in Blackhall Rocks. Fully booked tomorrow and off until next week, with limited availability so get in touch quickly if want to book in.

Just a daft 5 jobs on today as well as school job so literally flat out from 7am. Too many photos & videos to post so just a few of today where I started in Billingham for a 3 piece corner suite, then just around corner for a lounge carpet. Then 3 rentals starting over in Fishburn for lounge, staircase & kitchen floor. From there over to South Bank for lounge & staircase and last but not least into Stockton for a full house which was a sh****le im not gonna lie.
I have another suite in morning but free around dinnertime if you would like to book in.

Another Sunday, another pub carpet tackled. Over in Stockton @ The Sun Inn. Carpet was absolutely covered in blacktop but once again it was no match for me and my equipment. Carpets are now back to how the should be 👌🏽.
After pub it was over to Ingleby for an office carpet up in the roof of a converted barn where it was hotter than the Sun itself 🔥.
Ive had a job rearrange to next week so now have availability this week so get in touch if need anything doing.

Well today didn't go to plan 👎🏽. I was booked for a full 6 bedroom house in Wynyard and after agreeing a price was informed that there is odd bit of paint here and there but all I can say is WOW. Ive never seen a house so bad in all my life and although there was a weeks wage in that job alone I walked away from it and genuinely wouldn't of took it on for £1k. Every single room was covered in paint with some rooms that would of required a full litre of Solvex ( £45) just to get paint out it was absolutely ridiculous . A £750k house left in that state was mind blowing 🤯 and cost to replace carpets like for like required over £10k so customer hoped to polish a very expensive turd 💩 but there's literally no chance unfortunately.
Luckily a couple of rentals were ready to do , firstly over in Thornley and then into Peterlee for other. That's me now off for couple of days to relax in York before im out again Sunday cleaning another pub. I have a bit of availability next week so get in touch if you need to book as slots will go.
