They ain’t all “wow” pics…. This was an end of tenancy clean completed for a local estate agent last week.
Sanitised & clean ready for the new tenants however due to the age of the carpet there is a few permanent stains & pile reversal that gives that patchy appearance.

Did you know that keeping your gutters and downpipes clear and well maintained can be an important part of your home insurance responsibilities?

If your gutters are blocked, damaged or poorly maintained, and this contributes to water ingress or other damage to your property, your insurer may question or refuse a claim depending on the terms of your policy.

From just £59.00, we can clear your gutters and downpipes safely from the ground, with clear 4K before-and-after photographs so you have a record of the work carried out.

We’ll also highlight any visible defects or maintenance issues we spot, helping you stay on top of your property’s upkeep.
