client in Maze Hill had a single rat tearing through his kitchen every night for months, after two other companies were unable to sort the issue, he called us.
We realised the manhole in the garden, was sat directly adjacent to the area shown in the photos, hadn’t been checked, evidence of rats was found immediately, after baiting out the drain, we moved inside the property and found some big holes in the walls, we baited and installed traps in the areas of activity, came back two weeks later to top the baits up etc, another 2 weeks we returned to find all our bait was still in tact and the homeowner reporting at least 5 perfectly quiet nights, a drain survey was done the same day, before a rat guard was installed to prevent any further rats reaching the property through the pipe work.
