Just a reminder to all our clients,
If we arrive at your property and can not gain entry, we ask that you still pay for your clean. We have taken the time to drive to yours, unload & carry our products to your door, we then wait and I will always try to contact you. We can only wait for so long before we will need to leave. If you do arrive back whilst we are waiting please note that we will not be able to complete the full clean time but you will still be charged for the full time.
This also stands if you cancel your clean within 24 hours notice, we can not replace your slot with short notice.
It is no different to any other trades person, if you have arranged for them to come to your home, and you are not in, you will still be charged for their time.
