Pumps, water and power will be shut down automatically and staff will be closing promptly on the above closing times, any items incomplete will need to be brought back during operating hours.

Q: When's the quietest and least busiest time to do my laundry?

Q: How does serviced laundry work?
A: You bring your laundry in, leave it with the staff, they will take your details, process it as you wish ready for you to collect whenever they tell you it should be ready. For each regular wash load, there will be an extra 5.50 charge, for every giant load, there will be an extra 6.50 charge, both these charges are to cover staff wages and costs, for this they will put your clothes into a washer, process it, then dry it, fold it and bag it ready for collection.

A: Staff are trained and briefed to find the cheapest way to process a customers laundry, we want you to come back and recommend us to others.
Q: Is it ok to pack as much as I can into a washer or dryer?
A: Its best not to, because in a washer, if over crammed, it won’t slop and tumble to get a good wash, sometimes the middle of the wash won’t even get wet or allow soap to get to garments, in driers, they need to tumble, airflow and drop, over loading will cost you a lot more to dry rather than spreading your loads and keeping lesser amounts in drums.

Each item is costed differently, for example a pillow case might be 0.50, a shirt would be 1.20, larger sheets will be 1.80 per sheet and really extra large items 2.80 each, it all depends on item size and time taken to process. All ironed or pressed items can be placed on hangers or in clear garment covers for post laundry collection, ask staff for details.
