Our buses are fully accessible with a dedicated wheelchair bay, designed to accommodate a standard reference wheelchair.

🚌 Our buses:
Carry one wheelchair at a time, with priority given to wheelchair users -
with a low‑floor and fitted with ramps to make boarding easier.

For a safe and comfortable journey:

✅ Our drivers will stop as close to the kerb as possible.
✅ Please board and alight the bus facing forwards.
✅ Apply your wheelchair brake and use the grab rails during your journey.

Our drivers will do their best to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible - please do not hesitate to ask for assistance if you require it.🚌

🐾A Special Visit from some Guide Dog Puppies.

We had the pleasure of welcoming some Guide Dog pups from across the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland to our buses this week as part of their training for working life.

These visits help prepare the puppies to support their future owners with travel, including using public transport. During their trip, they practised:
• Boarding and travelling on the bus
• Tucking into small spaces between the seats
• Settling calmly under their puppy raisers’ legs
• Staying relaxed around other people, dogs, and everyday distractions

Amy, Elba, Vinnie, Martie, Walnut, Kell and Wray all did brilliantly!🐶 Guide Dogs Scotland

They’re part of a fantastic organisation doing incredibly important work, and we’re so pleased to play a small part in their journey 🚌💛
