We are pleased to announce that we will reopen on
Monday 15th of June.

Please follow our guidelines as below.

When we come to sweep your chimney, We do not wish to pass on or catch anything.
Kindly let us know if you feel ill or any symptoms of Covid19 or if you are self isolating because of any underlying health issues. We will re-schedule the appointment.
Please let us know if there are any problems with your stove in advance?
1 - No cheques please,
Cash or online bank transfer accepted,
2 - Certificates will not be signed,
3 - Prior to our visit,
if customers can make sure where possible 1 hour before our visit that doors and windows are wide open,
Once we arrive please close the doors and windows.
4 - Ensure we have a clear access of at least 60cm (2 feet) width to appliance with ample working room around the appliance & also a visible power point.
5 - All items to be removed from mantle, hearth or area around appliance (Ornaments, coffee tables, fire fenders, tools, fuel containers)
6 - Social distancing of 2 meters (6 feet) at all times,
Our advice is for you to lay down your own floor sheets to avoid cross contamination and we shall place our worksheets on top.

Ok the heap of electronic scrap ( our cash machine) has had new software ...again and is now WORKING....a rather nice chappie spent 2 1/2 hours fiddling with it....
And.....i want to say a big well done to Holly and Gill....we had an age verification check for cigs...and we passed...although when you get the letter you still feel as guilty as hell....so thanks ladies for being vigilant.
And ... have toilet rolls, and Carex hand wash....to be honest why toilet rolls.....???? Chocolate yes....i would totally stock up on chocolate....boxes of chocolate.....bags of chocolate....crates...lorries...but loo rolls....nah...
