Patio area we cleaned this morning using softwash method.
Biocide cleaner applied to removing algae, mould, lichen, biofilm and grime. Finished off with a low pressure rinse.

Guttering and valley gutters all cleared on a large agricultural building to prevent water ingress.

Roof clean we recently completed @ Foxton. Prior to cleaning we applied a biocide cleaner to remove all algae, lichen and moss. Then its a simple steam clean to remove all dirt and grime.

An End of tenancy clean which we recently completed in Alnmouth.

This was definitely a tough one!
The tenants had occupied the property for over 9 years and had smoked in most of the rooms.

We were booked in to start straight after the painters had finished decorating the whole house. They were running slightly behind which left us a week to complete a thorough clean of the whole property, including a deep clean of all carpets.

Everything was completed in time leaving the property in perfect condition ready for new tenants moving in 👌

Another property getting the Clean NE treatment 🤩

➡️ Copings and walls soft washed to prevent damage.

➡️ Block paving pressure washed and re-sanded using kiln dried sand.

➡️ Rear patio soft washed to prevent further damage to pointing.

All completed efficiently and in our client's time scale👌
