New project. New views. Same commitment to doing the job right.

We’re delighted to be kicking off work at Loft Lines, one of Belfast’s newest landmark developments in the heart of Titanic Quarter.

Over the next few weeks our team will be carrying out rope access window cleaning across this incredible building, working from the rooftops all the way down while taking in some of the best views the city has to offer.

This is only the beginning of the journey, and we’ll be bringing you behind the ropes as the project progresses.

Another successful clean completed at Arc Apartments.

No drones on this one. Sometimes the old-fashioned method still gets the best results, allowing our technicians to get right where the work needs done and deliver the level of finish our clients expect. 😎😎

With balconies, awkward angles and plenty of tricky access points throughout the building, this was a job where rope access really came into its own.
Every building is different, and that’s why choosing the right access method matters. For Arc Apartments, ropes were the clear choice.

One minute sunshine, the next battling wind and rain — this project definitely reminded us what working at height in Belfast is really like.

Despite the changing conditions throughout the week, the team got another great result completed safely and efficiently in the city centre.

This job was also a big milestone for some of the newly trained lads coming through from Dangle Academy. First job on the ropes with us and they handled it brilliantly from start to finish. Always good to see new technicians stepping up and putting their training into action.

Proud of the whole team on this one. On to the next 💪🏻

A different kind of project for us recently, helping install this incredible chandelier-style art piece inspired by Belfast’s linen industry.

Because of its size and detail, the piece had to be assembled in stages—lifting it gradually while the artist built it section by section at height.

A lot of coordination went into this one, but that’s what it takes to bring something like this to life properly.

Really proud to have played a part in a piece that reflects such an important part of the city’s history.

Get yourself down to the Titanic museum from tomorrow to see the whole experience yourself! Defo’s not one to be missed 😬

A great few days back at City Quays 1 carrying out window cleaning and façade cleaning, tackling built-up algae and giving the building a proper refresh. 🪣🧽

This one had a bit of everything — rough weather at the start, bright calm days by the finish — but that’s rope access life. Waterfront buildings take a beating, and keeping them looking sharp takes the right approach.😮‍💨🍺

Good to get another quality job completed in one of Belfast’s standout locations. 😎

nice change of scenery for this one as the team headed down to Dublin last week🇮🇪

A handy enough job over a few days, taking care of a smaller building and its internal atrium.

It might not be the biggest project we’ve taken on, but delivering a high standard of clean for businesses that rely on these spaces is exactly why we do what we do.

Always good getting away—almost felt like a holiday… until it was time to get the ropes out and get to work 💪

While Belfast is home, our work takes us all across the island, wherever we’re needed.

No April fools here… just another big one ticked off ✅

Just wrapped up a full clean on this massive building right in the heart of town. Safe to say we experienced all four seasons in the space of a few days 🌦️—from sunshine to sideways rain and everything in between.

Battling high winds at this height is no joke, but it’s all part of the game. Head down, ropes tight, and we get it done 💪

Another solid effort from the team and straight onto the next one… no slowing down. 😮‍💨🤟🏻
