Moss has been a real problem in recent years for lawns. You can always call in green thumb or similar firms but it costs and the moss will come back. Try it your self treat the lawn with the chemical from the garden centre when the moss dies rake it off. Now for the important bit get a garden fork push it with your foot as far in as it will go then push the fork back and forward to make the holes bigger. Now pull the fork out move forward 5inchs and repeat now you keep going. It's hard work but you can do a little at a time. This gives the soil drainage the moss hates it and lf you can do a little every season the moss will not return warm winters and wet summers gives the moss the growing conditions it loves
