It’s that time of year…crazy season is upon us🎄🫣 A few gentle reminders for everyone…

I have had an enormous amount of enquiries the last week for both general and one off cleans. Unfortunately I am at full capacity for both and I am building up cancellation lists for both.
When you message the page: PLEASE READ THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE!
This will explain that we are at full capacity and what details to leave if you are interested in being added to the cancellation lists.
I have been getting lots of messages late at night/early hours of the morning followed a few hours later by “???” or “any chance of a reply?”. I work my way through messages with the longest outstanding enquiries being replied to first and the most recent enquiries being replied to last. Therefore if you send messages like these it will actually take longer for you to get a response as it will put you further down the list.
Please be patient with me, I aim to get to each message within 24 hours but sometimes this can vary. If you follow the instructions on the automated message it will make things a lot easier for everyone 👌🏻

If your appointment for your cleans no longer suits please do let us know! We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
I understand sickness levels are high this time of year and everyone’s lives are hectic enough but I have to enforce this policy. I have cancellation lists and waiting lists the length of my arm and everyone knows I hate turning people away! So please try and give as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel.
