▪️Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your cleaning appointments otherwise may be charged in full. More than 3 cancellations in an 8 week period may result in cancellation of future appointments.
▪️Payments: Payments must be made on the day your clean is complete. Continuous late payments may be charged a late payment fee. Appointments for regular cleaning will not resume until payment has been made for your last clean completed & may result in termination of your cleaning appointments.
▪️Estimate Quotes: Our pricing is an estimate based on the information you provided about your property before our arrival. If we arrive at your property with a larger area or added rooms to complete, we will charge for these accordingly. Please be transparent with the details and condition of your property.
▪️Deposits: Deposits for deep cleaning are 1/3 of your quote given & must be paid on time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations given less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your total bill at time of payment, when the appointment is completed.
Your appointment can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice.
▪️Complaints: Complaints must be made within 24 hours after your clean has been completed, we cannot be held responsible for complaints made after this time.
It is your responsibility to check you are satisfied with our service within your property in the correct timeframe. We have a no refund or deduction policy.
▪️ Photo/Video: We reserve the right to collect photographic evidence of our work - before, during & after. To show improvement & proof of work completed to the best of our ability. Photographic evidence can & may be shared on our social media unless you specifically request it not to be. No personal information, details or personal images will be shared at any time.
▪️Bank holiday/weekends: Bank holiday & weekend hours may be charged at a higher rate but will be discussed & agreed at time of booking. (Christmas/New Years Eve/Day, Easter, July holidays)
▪️Property Access: Consent to access your property has been given when your cleaning appointment was agreed. If we are unable to gain access at your property, due to lock out/no key access/or access being denied, the appointment will be charged in full. It may not always be possible to re-schedule your missed appointment.
Keys should be left in a safe place and through mutual agreement will be returned to your safe place. When we have completed your clean & returned key to safe place we hold no liability for missing or misplaced keys.
▪️Biohazard: If your property or an area of your property is considered to be, or has potential to be a biohazard we have the right to leave the area or household without completing the area/household.
(Human/animal excrement/excessive drug paraphernalia/needles/blood & body fluids/excessive mould)
▪️Service Limitations: Large items of furniture will not be moved. (ie: wardrobes/fridges etc)
Heights above 2 steps or reaching height cannot be completed.
Products that contain harmful or dangerous chemicals will not & cannot be used.
(The above are restricted to health and safety measures we keep in place for our staff)
Excessive untidiness will not be tolerated unless mutually agreed & the appropriate appointment is made. (ie:Diogenes syndrome, OCD or similar)
Excessive amounts of dish washing is not tolerated.
Some individual cleaning tasks will be completed on rotation only & will not be completed on every clean, however spot checks will be made. (ie: interior window cleaning/fridge cleans etc)
We do not offer oven cleaning.
▪️Pets: We refuse the right to enter a property or complete an appointment if an animal is showing aggression. Aggressive animals must be removed from the property or placed in a safe place away from us until the clean is completed.
▪️Products/Equipment: We use & supply our products and equipment. Our products have been tried and tested. Our staff are trained on product knowledge to know what products can be used on certain textures/textiles/fittings & appliances.
We use non-abrasive products on chrome/chrome-plated items/sinks/tiles/porcelain/marble & other similar textiles.
We can not be held responsible for damage made before or between our cleaning appointments by the use of unsuitable or abrasive cleaning products.
▪️Appointment times: Due to the nature of our business please allow 30 mins on either side of our arrival/departure from your property. Please expect occasional delays & take into consideration travel distance & traffic disruption between clients.
We aim to complete your appointment in an efficient but timely manner. We do not put an exact time frame on your appointment.
