Joiner / Multi skilled Tradesperson

The primary role is based on everyday tradesman tasks to be carried out to a very high standard, based in the refurbishment and maintenance sector. You will be a point of contact for contracts managers and other site operatives.
๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
* General joinery duties
* Undertaking planned preventative maintenance
* Undertaking reactive maintenance as required
* Undertaking snagging works
* Any other site duties as reasonably expected
๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Have at least 3 yearsโ experience within a trade-based background.
* A good understanding of other trades and their roles.
* Implement and display high quality standards in all aspects of the role.
* Good attention to detail and good time management skills.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Health and Safety competent.
* Own tools.
* Full driving licence.
๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ:
* Valid CSR Card.
* Must be able to provide references.
* 2 years carpentry experience.
๐ฃ๐ฎ๐: From ยฃ16 an hour
