Today’s workplace adventure:
While cleaning at Country Properties, I was washing one of the office tea mugs when the handle suddenly snapped off and managed to cut my wrist. Nothing serious, just a small cut, but enough blood to make me stop and think, “I’d better take photographic evidence of this.”
Not because I need it for a compensation claim, but because if anyone ever sees a random cut across my wrist, I’d rather have proof that I was defeated by a mug than have people jumping to completely the wrong conclusion.
Of all the things that could injure me, a tea mug wasn’t high on the list. ☕😂
