Well, it’s been a busy few weeks here, we have finished and handed over the Plastica Pools bespoke designed, extra depth Knightsbridge wooden pool to our client in Braintree.

The pool went from 12deg, to a toasty 31deg in just three days thanks to the SCP UK Garden Pac full inverter heat pump.

The client is now using the pool and enjoying night time swimming with the benefit of fully smartphone controlled, colour changing LED lighting, adding ambiance to their swimming experience.

A good day today albeit a late start over at our client in Braintree Essex. 2nd fix of the plant room pipe work, ajd cables pulled through ready for our custom designed electrical control panel. Contact us for plant room Re-design, re-plumb and electrical systems up grade.

It was a busy afternoon today first fixing plumbing for a new Plastica Pools wooden pool installation in Essex for our client.

More pictures of this to follow over the coming weeks while we wait for the pool structure to arrive, but when it does come, the pool will be installed in a luxury family home setting, boasting google Alexa controlled colour changing LED lighting, automated chlorine dosing and our standard install Garden PAC air source heat pump, giving a very economical pool heating solution, energy rating ‘A’ and full WiFi control.

As the sun was setting on the skies of Renhold in Bedfordshire, the DP pools team worked a 16 hour day to get this 20 year old pool underfelted and ready for its liner the following day.

Works to the rusting pool panel walls were completed by Peter with a 2 coat spirit based anti rust system followed by new LED luxury white underwater lights and rot proof underfelt to remove any blemishes from the original 20 year old screed that was patched up and made good by Daniel Phillips.

The pool then received its new 30thou thick all over mosaic pattern liner, expertly manufactured by Plastica Pools, and then expertly fitted by Daniel and the team finishing off the job with all new faceplates and fittings from Certikin.

A very happy customer and a good few days work in the scorching heat!!

DP Pool Sevices team are carrying on the busy year through the winter with this new 9m by 4m liner pool construction. This pool has been designed with all year round heating, LED colour changing under water lighting and a bespoke automatic walk-over safety cover. We have designed the pool to sympathetically fit in with its current surroundings which is an Old Farm House. We have been back to Spanhoe Lodge the luxury bed and breakfast where we completed the pool a month ago and WOW !!! what a change.

We have now fitted for them a new Plastica Pools safety cover as well as a Pahlen fully automated chemical dosing system to help keep the pool looking sparklingly clean. Newly Built In-Ground Pool recently completed just outside Milton Keynes.

24ft by 12ft by 4ft 3’deep, flat bottom liner pool, concrete block construction with corner steps, color changing LED lighting, energy efficient air to water heat pump and custom built electrical control panel.

Another pool completed in the first half of this week.

This time a commercial pool project just outside Stamford at a Luxury Bed and Breakfast ‘Spanhoe Lodge’

This pool being a commercial spec has a enhanced eco friendly filteration system complete with automatic chemical dosing, WiFi controlled energy rating ‘A’ Garden Pac and an Air source Heat Pump. As well as oil fired heating as a secondary back up.

Part of our design brief was to create an area within the pool for sitting/socializing which as you will see from the pictures we have achieved this by creating a bench along the width of the pool that flows as part of the integral curved corner steps.

The pool also benefits from our latest WiFi controller colour changing LED lighting and a new plastica safety cover.

We had the pleasure of staying at Spanhoe Lodge whilst we completed this project and would highly recommend it to anyone and certainly recommend the afternoon tea !
