We’ve been working on a project over in heathfield recently removing old roof coverings and replacing with new! We’ve also replaced one of the fronts to these commercial property’s ready to rent out. We have a total of 5 roofs to replace. New galvanised gutters are replacing the old. New 100mm insulation, single skin roofing sheets and all associated flashings. We are now awaiting scaffold to go up on the other 4 so we can bring the space back to life. Client is then having all the exsisting cladding cleaned and sprayed to match.

Would like the thank DSI Services and Paul for all his help getting this done. If you need anything health & safety we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Project update…..

Burgess Road Hastings.

Lads have worked hard these last couple of weeks stripping the old roof covering and making a start on insulating and adhering the membrane. We are now about a week away from finishing the project. Scaffold is due to come down and we can get some lovely finished project photos of another successful refurb undertaken by prestige industrial ltd.

Burgess Road project coming along nicely..

New bespoke galvanised gutter around perimeter of building.

0.7 anthracite 32/1000 mansard panel installed.

Ruvitex 1.5 fully bonded system underway.

We have 6 1200x600mm roof domes being installed and I’m looking forward to getting this complete.

The aesthetic of this old building has already been transformed. Can’t wait for the completed project pics.

Removal of a chimney stack in Hastings.

Client had numerous issues with damp inside their property and decided to render the stack fully. After completion the work carried was really unacceptable and asked what our opinion was. The stack was redundant so we carefully planned the removal of the stack taking it down brick by brick. And they’re left with less worry and a dry bedroom.

We’ve got the pleasure of cleaning our local pavilion a place I grew up in and a place I used a few years ago now 👴🏻 Cladding clean around whole pavilion and garage wil make it sparkle just in time for there big football tournament in a few weekends time ⚽️
