My phone isn’t working properly, it’s not taking or receiving calls. I’ve been into apple and they are fixing it for free as it’s a hardware issue. I can only take calls via WhatsApp if i have WiFi so if you want me that’s how to get me and I’m not ignoring you

Dear Client

I’ve had the sad news this weekend that my father has passed. This hasn’t been made any easier given how far away my family are. This unfortunately might have an effect on your clean in the next week or two. Emotionally I am very strong but I am going to need time away from work to travel to York in order to visit my siblings and pay my respects to my dad.

I will be contacting you all individually in the next few days regarding any effect this may have on your clean. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. And I’d like to thank you for understanding during this difficult time.
