As of now, Kingdom Kleen has officially finished trading.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the business over the years — whether that’s booked in for a clean or repair, recommended me to friends and family, or simply followed along on here. It’s genuinely appreciated.

What started as a small local business has grown into something I’m really proud of, and that’s entirely down to the support from customers across Somerset and the surrounding areas.

I’m now moving on to a new chapter and relocating, so it felt like the right time to close things properly.

Commercial Carpet Clean

Another annual commercial clean completed for a returning client.

This is a site we’ve maintained every year for the past 4 years — keeping on top of it makes a huge difference to both appearance and longevity.

This visit covered approx 180sqm of office carpet, cleaned throughout using the Texatherm Systems Ltd low moisture system.

How much does it cost to have your carpets professionally cleaned?

I get asked this every day, so here’s a clear guide 👇

💷 £120 – One room (up to 15sqm — this covers minimum charge, setup time and travel)
💷 £150 – Two rooms (up to 15sqm each)
💷 £50 – Each additional room
💷 £60 – Stairs
💷 £30 – Hallways
💷 £30 – Landings

📏 Rooms larger than 15sqm are simply charged at £5 per sqm over.
These prices are based on an average UK-sized home and room sizes.

🧶 Carpet Repair Completed This Morning 🧶

This morning we carried out a carpet repair at The Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster after an unfortunate iron burn. Accidents happen – the important thing is knowing they can often be fixed without replacing the whole carpet.

The team at The Shrubbery Hotel are clearly passionate about keeping the hotel looking its very best at all times, and it’s always a pleasure working with businesses that take such pride in their surroundings.

As there was no spare carpet available, we carefully used a donor piece taken from underneath the bed. Luckily, the bed has been in the same position for years and doesn’t move, so the repair will never be seen.

A seamless result and another carpet saved 👌

Repairs and Deep Cleaning for a Bedroom Carpet in Martock 🧼

Yesterday afternoon we completed 2 carpet repairs, holes left from where the old central heating pipes once were. After completing the repairs, we allowed them to cure overnight before returning this morning for a thorough deep clean.

The customer mentioned that this carpet is approximately 40 years old! 👀 Despite its age and the usual wear and tear, we successfully removed dirt and stains, bringing back its vibrant color and ensuring the carpet has many more years of use.
