Today I have completed my first 4km run in 31 minutes which equates to just under 2.5 miles I believe. Yes it's not fast, but I'm getting up and moving and by my standards it's a respectable time. All of this after a busy and enjoyable day with clients. Won't be long till I'm brave enough to face a Saturday morning Park Run but I'm not quite there yet
*I will confess that there was a small portion of fish and chips thrown in for good measure lol 🏃🏃

Even dogs need their vitamin D from the sun lol

Does seriously remind me though that many elderly/house bound individuals are not getting enough vitamin D which is essential for healthy bones. Your local pharmacy can advise and sell over the counter products where appropriate.
