🚨 PAYMENT POLICY REMINDER 🚨

Nothing has changed with our payment policy — I’m simply reminding everyone of the existing terms.

Going forward, I’ll be sending a reminder up to 48 hours before your scheduled clean, confirming the date of your clean and the amount due.

I’ll also be clamping down on late payments and late payment charges. I shouldn’t have to spend time continually chasing outstanding payments, so please make sure payments are made within the agreed timeframe.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding. 🤍

Giving the shower caps a try… because apparently being a cleaner means getting a free shower every time we clean one! 🚿💦 No more accidental taps or rogue shower heads dripping down our backs! 🤣 Thank You Huds Custom

⚠️ IMPORTANT ALERT ⚠️

My business bank account was fraudulently accessed on Friday, with thousands taken. This is the second time since June.

I have now moved to a main high-street business bank. I will be sending new bank details to everyone who currently pays by bank transfer.

Please do not use my old bank details once you receive the new ones.

Thank you for your understanding.

It’s been a super busy two weeks, jumping straight back into it after the summer holidays! ☀️

Juggling the summer holidays, the kids, work and trying to have a life too isn’t always easy — but you all absolutely smashed it! 👏🏼❤️

So, as always, I wanted to give my team a little gift of appreciation. 7 beautiful bunches of flowers, now looking lovely in your homes. 💐

I just want you all to know how much I appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

Even you, Sam, on maternity leave! 😂💐

You’re all amazing, and I’m so lucky to have such a brilliant team. 🥰
