* All Personal Items and Car Seats will be placed neatly in your boot on completion - We will not attempt to re-fit any car seats.
On our first visit, you will get the opportunity to speak with your detailer and highlight any areas of concern you may have.
Afterward, a quick 5-minute walk around the vehicle, allows your detailer to assess the condition of your vehicle's Bodywork, Painted Surfaces, Wheels, and Interior.
A 'vehicle condition/damage' form will be filled in during this initial visual inspection, you will be asked to sign and agree that the report is accurate before a XINII Detailer begins any treatments on your beloved vehicle - We believe this often missed practice is vital to ensure protection both for yourself and your detailer.
We provide all of our clients with a 'Post Detailing Report', this in-depth report will outline:
- Your booking details (Date and Time of your Booking, Your Detailer's Name),
- All treatments provided on the day,
- A detailed list of chemicals that were used on your vehicle,
- Areas for Improvement assessed by your detailer (Swirl Mark Removal, Advanced Decontamination, Staining on upholstery etc.)
Additionally as part of all our Full Vehicle Detail Packages; Once your car has been cleaned and protected, we will perform and list in your report, the results of the following visual inspections:
- Interior & Exterior Bulb functionality checks,
- Washer Fluid Level Check (We will even top this up free of charge for you where required),
- Glass & Window Visual Inspection,
- Tyre Tread Depth and Sidewall Inspection,
- Vehicle Engine Oil Level check.
We are Mobile and will come to you, whether that's at Work or at Home. Our only requirements from you [right now...] are access to water and electricity.
