Pictures donāt do this justice. The customer wanted to try and tidy the paintwork up a little as it has a few war wounds from work. The navara had also had a new roller bed fitted and there were remnants of the old bed still present on the rear quarters. 12 hours of graft later and whilst some scratches were just way too deep to make any difference on which weād already discussed prior to taking the job on, the truck still looked 10x better than when it came in and any evidence of the old roller bed had vanished. Full decontamination to start with, which took almost 2 litres of iron fallout, a litre of tar remover and a clay bar that had been turned inside out and upside down multiple timesā¦ I was finally happy that every panel was completely sterile! The paint was then āresetā just as a final step to make sure the panel was completely free of any previous chemicals that might have been applied when washed. A full machine polish was carried out, followed by another full clean and finished with a ceramic infused sealer. This navara had its gloss back and whilst still ājust a workhorseā it doesnāt hurt to still take some pride in the vehicle you are relying on day to day to carry out that work.
