🐾At Kerrs Road Pool we sponsor a guide dog puppy.

We have been sponsoring Jack but unfortunately Jack has been struggling with his training and for his own welfare he has been removed from this programme and is now living in his forever home and no longer in training.

We have been allocated Henry to sponsor and I have included an update on Henry for you.

Henry is just about to start school and attends with his trainer Jo. Apparently Henry has a great tail wagging skill and he just doesn't wag it but he spins it in a full circle like a windmill 😅😂

The RNLI have launched a new campaign "Float to Live" and its worth a read.

Would you know what to do if you got into difficulty in the water?

WHAT IS FLOAT TO LIVE?
Float to Live is a practical survival skill. The clear, simple message saves lives & to keep you safe.

Here are the 5 key steps in keeping afloat...

1) Tilt your head back submerging your ears.

2) Relax and control your breathing.

3) Move your hands and legs to help you stay afloat.

4) Your legs may sink – that’s OK. Everyone floats differently.

5) Practice floating at a supervised location like a swimming pool.

Kerrs Road Pool is located outside Bangor, County Down. It is a private indoor swimming pool available for private hire for your own solo swim or a swim with family or friends.

The pool house is open 7 days a week at a cost of
£32 for 1-3 swimmers
£36 for 4 swimmers
£42 for 5 swimmers and
£48 for 6 swimmers.
The capacity of swimmer is 6 and this included babies.

There are two settees for spectators.

The pool opens for our first swim at 10.30am and you get 70minutes in the pool house with each booking.

We are thrilled to announce that Kerrs Road Pool is officially reopening on Friday, 15th May! (if not sooner)
