Another stunning BMW in today for our Works Package before it heads back to the dealership.

🏡 What a transformation on this roof! 💥

This property is situated beside a bonfire field, so over the years the roof had built up a huge amount of moss, completely covering many of the tiles.

With the property being so close to the bonfire site, it's especially important to keep the roof clear. Large amounts of dry moss can retain heat and, if exposed to wind-blown embers during bonfire events, may increase the risk of damage. That's one of the reasons regular roof maintenance is so important.

The entire job was completed safely using scaffolding, ensuring every area of the roof was cleaned properly without compromise.

We also discovered the rear gutter downpipe had been pushed into a hole and wasn't draining anywhere. We cut the bottom section, fitted two new joins, and redirected it into the correct drain. That means no more overflowing gutters, and the rainwater is now flowing exactly where it should.

You'll also see in the video just how badly blocked the downpipe was before we started!
