A LITTLE BUSINESS REMINDER ❤️
I’m a small business owner, and whilst I absolutely love what I do and genuinely love my clients, there are a few boundaries that need to be respected.
I will no longer tolerate payments being left for days after a job has been completed, or being spoken to rudely when I’m simply trying to run my business. I shouldn’t have to chase people for money that is already owed, and I certainly shouldn’t have to ask more than once.
Manners are free, and a simple “thank you” goes a very long way. ❤️
Please don’t be offended if you’ve found that you’ve been removed from my contacts or taken off my books. This isn’t personal — it’s business, and I have to respect my own time and boundaries.
90% of my clients have become friends, and I honestly adore you and your families so much. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships I’ve built through my business, and I will always appreciate your loyalty, kindness and support. 🥰
But unfortunately, the odd few are really taking the mick, and enough is enough.
Behind closed doors, I’m also a mum to three, whilst my partner works away. I have a home, children and a life to manage too. I simply do not have the time to spend chasing payments after I’ve already completed a job.
So going forward, please respect my time, my business and the work I do — just as I respect yours.
To all of my lovely, loyal clients: thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️ I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
And to the few who this applies to… please take the hint. 😂
