Older terracotta type covers have holes large enough for mice to access. Fitting these covers available in brown, red, white or black stops access to rodents.

Customers are frequently confused as to the difference between wasps and honeybees & frequently think the lines on a honeybees abdomen indicate it is a wasp. This photo helps to show the difference between the two species.
Right now if you are seeing a lot of them at a site they are probably honey bees as wasp nests are still quite small right now with not so many insects.

Grey squirrel drey in a loft I dealt with . The squirrels were causing much damage to wiring and insulation on pipes which can result in burst pipes in the winter. Proofing work can be done to keep them out as a preventative . Humane trapping can also be carried out.
