Please note, we apply a late payment fee if payment is not made withing 24 hour's of service being carried out. In the circumstance you do not pay in that time you will be reissued with a second invoice which will be a late payment fee, unless you have made a prior arrangement to pay at a later date.
I do not appreciate having to chase payments, especially over the weekend. I understand that some people are busy working families however i am a single parent of two children running two businesses on my own and i would like some time with my children without having to engage in chasing payments that should have already been made.
As of next week the price will increase from £15 per hour to £17.50 per hour. This is due to rising costs and the fact it is no longer sustainable to continue at the cheaper rate. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and it is understandable if you would like to seek alternative services.
