Last night, four girls entered our car wash property and damaged the windows of our customer waiting room.

It’s honestly very disappointing to see something like this happen. We always try our best to keep the place clean, welcoming, and friendly for everyone, so this really wasn’t nice to see.

Everything was recorded on CCTV.

Today we received such an assessment. We never shirk our responsibilities if we do something wrong. If you saw that something was done wrong, you should have gone back to the car wash and told us, but you didn't, and the pictures show water leaking from the gaps in the car, we can't get to it, so when the car is driving, it leaks. As for the chemical, we use a dirt remover that is strong and it can't be on the car for a long time when the sun is shining, after that, the car is washed with sponges, but you should understand that this is how the car wash steps work.
