Hope everyone’s well?

Since the start of the year I’ve been observing an issue I have with payments being made for my service of cleaning windows.
As you’re all aware this is my full time job and my only income, over the last couple of years I’ve had issues with chasing payment from month to month but this year I’m putting a stop to it.

I find myself still having to remind people to transfer payment for the windows and even when reminded still don’t get it through.

Unfortunately for some, I will be making changes this year and I’ll be removing these houses from my monthly run as I can no longer afford to chase for my money every month. I leave a note through the door to say I’ve cleaned the windows in good faith that payment will be sent across.

If you find your windows not done from now on then apologies but I just don’t have any other choice.

Feeling the effects of this today.

We started off our morning at 5.30am and only got finished around 9pm lastnight but a great day had by all 4 of us.
It’s such a great cause and it was a pleasure being able to take part to raise money for this charity.

Four friends from Ballymena are gearing up to tackle a 72-hole golf challenge today, in a bid to raise funds for a cause close to their hearts - Friends of the Cancer Centre.

It’s that time of year again.

On the 14th June this year I along with Steven Craig, Mark Black and Peter Houston are participating in a charity event where we will complete 4 rounds of golf (that’s 72 holes) in 24 hours.

When I was asked if I would like to participate again this year I couldn’t say no. For personal reasons I decided to take part because I have lost close family members from this cruel desease and have had close family suffer from it too so it made sense to help out where I can.

Thanks to so many generous donations, we were able to raise £1,660.00 last year. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported

Our charity event will take place at Ballymena Golf Club who have agreed to let us use the course for the day.

Unfortunately, we all have experience with friends or family members who have been affected by cancer. Every penny raised could help someone get through an awful time.
