We've had the heavy rain, now we have the hailstones all on the same day 🌧️

As we approach the winter months we have to work with this weather 🌧️, sometimes you just have to jump in the van for shelter when a heavy downpour arrives. Let's hope for plenty more dry weather

🪟 IMPORTANT NOTICE – WINDOW CLEANING PAYMENT POLICY 🪟
Hi everyone! Just a quick notice that, due to a small number of customers having to be continually chased up for payment I’ve had to tighten up my payment policy.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: If payment has not been received after your second 4-weekly clean (8 weeks), your windows will NOT be cleaned again until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Even that is still very lenient and will tighten up further if I have to.
I’ve always tried to be fair and allow plenty of time for payments, but I’m unable to continue providing a service when payments remain outstanding. You don't go and get bread & milk, ci******es, alcohol, groceries, fuel etc and decide to pay it in 8 weeks or more.
🙏 Please don’t take this personally! THIS DOES NOT APPLY to the vast majority of my customers, who pay on time, are good customers and I genuinely appreciate your continued support.
Thank you all for your understanding and for supporting my business! 😊🪟
