Perfect!

One of the best parts of was getting to showcase our amazing coastline and the experience I put together for my elopement clients. Even in the worst of weather, you can have a breathtaking (quite literally) experience here. The Causeway Coast likes to put on a show.

I have a couple of spaces for Autumn and Winter elopements. Get in touch via the link in my bio for more information. Lx

Thank you so much for these kind words, and for this great advice to couples who want a really personal and unique wedding ceremony - looking forward to working with you again soon, JF.

We have noticed that Humanist celebrants have become very popular with couples who prefer to have a non-religious wedding ceremony and it’s easy to see why. Humanist celebrants are able to perform a wedding anywhere. The ceremony can take place at your venue or anytime and anywhere that has meaning to you - a forest, a garden, a cliff overlooking the sea, the options are endless really.

Compared to a ceremony performed by a registrar which is often very quick (although some couples might prefer this), formal and only includes the legal part of the ceremony a Humanist celebrant will share stories about the couple and can include things like literally “tying the knot” an old tradition which is always nice to see. Each ceremony is tailored to the individual couple so no two weddings are the same.

If you are considering a Humanist ceremony yourself or at the beginning of your wedding planning journey, we can recommend John Foley and Stewart Holden. We have worked with them both a few times and both do an amazing job of performing an engaging, heart felt wedding ceremony. You can find both John and Stewart on Facebook.

After two earlier postponements, Ashlea and James finally got to say "I do" today. They say it's lucky to see a chimney sweep on your wedding day - well, James IS a chimney sweep, so they must be the luckiest couple in the world! Check out their exit "Guard of Honour" photo - it's really special!
