Today I learnt I have passed the second year of my law degree with the equivalent of a first class.

Every clean I do and every coffee served in the cafe counts towards my goal of becoming a CPS prosecutor and helping victims of child sexual abuse.

Let's normalise charging these type of guests extra for the mess they leave behind instead of worrying about the review they may leave if you action a claim . A lot of my owners do just that, and they respect us and our work, but this is unacceptable and must stop.
Absolutely hate this type of guest! 2 this week alone...bored with it, the booking agents don't care...but remember without us they'd have absolutely nothing!!
