An update from me 🫶

In the last week, I’ve replied to over 20 messages saying I’ve no availability and recommending another cleaner.

Every message is so lovely like this one and it’s hard having to say no.

My diary is now fully booked until September so I’ll start doing quotes again around August time. Until then, I’m going to remove my number and email address from this page.

Training isn’t essential in this industry but it definitely helps.

Just over a year ago I travelled to Portsmouth to train with Paul. After 15 years in business, I left wondering how I’d managed without the knowledge he shared.

That training has improved my business in every way. I now have a much better understanding of the surfaces I’m working with, what products to use (and not use) and how to achieve the best possible results.

The investment in training has paid for itself many times over and the results I’ve been able to achieve since have been incredible.

Moral of the story - never stop learning 💯
